The following is a tentative schedule and is subject to change.
Friday, Sept. 11 – Practice Round
- Player check-in and club inspection. (There may be an opportunity to check-in Thursday afternoon/evening.)
- Practice rounds, to be individually scheduled by players via the Pro Shop—(503) 738-3538
- Welcome reception in the Livingstone Room after practice rounds, time TBA. The welcome reception will include appetizers with a no-host bar and trade show. Vendors and members will have access to tables for the purpose of displaying their offerings for sale, trade and/or display.
Saturday, Sept. 12 – First Tournament Round
8:00 a.m. Starting times off No. 1. Water and snacks will be available at the 1st tee for all players with additional provisions at the 10th tee as players make the turn. The Championship division will play from the black tees, Seniors from the white, and Super Seniors from the green. Women competitors will play from the ladies U.S. Hickory Open tees.
Following Rounds Cocktail hour – cash bar. Tournament Dinner served in the Livingstone Room (time TBA)
Sunday, Sept. 13 – Final Round
8:00 a.m. Starting times off No. 1. (Pairings by Division and scores) Water and snacks will be available at the 1st tee for all players with additional provisions at the 10th tee as players make the turn.
After Golf Awards Presentation (near the Livingstone Room)
Presentations will occur approximately 1/2 hour after the final putt.
The Livingstone Room will be available before, during and after all rounds.
