This is the 9th annual playing of the Silversmithing Hickory Classic. There is no fee to play in this cordial gathering of hickory golfers. Please do bring a guest, says host and organizer Gary Youngberg. Cart and green fees are just $65. It is a day to enjoy hickory golf. Period dress is highly encouraged but not required!
Golf will begin at 10 a.m. with a shotgun start. It will be 18 holes, all flighted after play.
Entrants will play for a slice of $600 in prize money (to be spent in the pro shop) donated by Ames Silversmithing and the Youngberg family. Clubs are available for rent for $30, but PLEASE let Gary know no later than Sept. 18!
