Event organizer Kevin Cawley reports that the 2019 version of the River City Hickory Championship on Sept. 29 was a wet one. Nonetheless, the field got in nine holes and, as always, good fun had by all. The event also recognized new Nebraska Hickory Golf Hall of Fame inductees Rob Ahlschwede, Roger Hill, and Tad Moore.

One of the RAREST feats in golf was accomplished by eventual winner Andrew Von Lossow in Saturday’s opening round of the Spokane Hickory Open, sponsored by the Northwest Hickory Players.
