The Beatrice Homesteader Open was held May 1-2 under very windy conditions. This year’s participants were: Duane Baylor, Paul Bjerke , Bob Bjerke , Paul Jensen, John Hutton, Larry Krabsbach, Ron Luster and Dick Shanahan. First place gross went to John Hutton (83-93=175) and second was Larry Krabsbach (95-95=190). Net winner was Dick Shanahan 154 and second was Duane Baylor 155.
