Five inducted to Nebraska Hickory Golf Hall of Fame for 2020

Five new inductees were welcomed to the Nebraska Hickory Golf Association Hall of Fame at the 2020 U.S. Hickory Open. The presentation was made at the USHO dinner on Monday night, Oct. 5.

Kevin Cawley, who presided over the awards and the dinner, emphasized that the NEGHA Hickory Golf of Fame is meant to honor hickory golfers from the U.S. and throughout the world. A nomination form is placed on the NEGHA website and all are welcome to submit names for induction into the Hall.

The 2020 honorees are:
David Hamilton, St. Andrews, Scotland
Jorgen Linse, Bromma, Sweden
Joe Lauber, Switzerland
Pehr Thermaenius, Taby, Sweden
Mike Stevens, Tampa, Florida

Hall of Fame honoree Joe Lauber supplied a leather scorecard holder for each player in the 2020 USHO field.
