This special golf outing is being offered to Golf Heritage Society members, friends and guests. The event fee for non-GHS members includes membership in the GHS. The event is part fundraiser, but is mainly meant to be an enjoyable outing in remembrance of Arnold Palmer on his home course.

Springhill Suites is offering a rate of $129 per day. Stay, play and visit is available to all.

Schedule
9 a.m. – Registration 10 a.m. – Shotgun Start
Gross, net and scramble hickory divisions
Gross and net divisions with modern clubs.

3 p.m. – Finals of the Nostalgic Putting contest by Denny Clawson, Famous sports raffle, silent auction and cash bar.

4 p.m. – Medal and Award presentation, close of auction, raffle winners, 50/50 winner and sponsor recognition

5:30 p.m. – GHS Gathering at SpringHill Suites; Remembering Arnie with stories from Bob Ford, Jason Gore, Ron Lucas, Chris Rodell and more. Hamburger, Hot Dog BBQ, Facility Tour, Entertainment, Room Trading and more.

Fees
$175 per person, GHS members
$225 per person for non-GHS members includes GHS membership fee
$800 for prepaid foursome of guests (non-GHS members).

Golf, cart, locker use, boxed lunch, skill prizes, collectible copy of GHS Special Arnold Palmer Golf edition
Ticket to Springhill Suites Gathering – “Remembering Arnie”
Picture opportunity with the Palmer’s famous Pennzoil tractor.

GHS Members are encouraged to become $250 sponsors.
Each will get a collectible Welcome sign to Arnie’s neighborhood.
Those $250 sponsors who cannot attend will have their sponsor sign shipped or hand-delivered after being displayed at course.

“This is a chance to meet many folks who knew Arnie and spend as many days desired to enjoy this wonderful region,” says event host John Rusbosin. “Many golf opportunities will be available for those who make it a mini-vacation. Developing relations with new and seasoned members is a way to jump start our 2022 passion of growing the GHS.”
