The Captain’s Medal hosted by the SoCal Hickory Golfers was played on Sept. 21 at the Victoria Club in Riverside, Calif. The course is a Max Behr design that dates from 1903.
There were 14 two-man teams who played the event in a Ryder Cup format of matches and singles. It was a beautiful day and fun was had by all. The winners were Jesse and Owen Lerman.
Tournament host Rick Perrault crafted the tournament trophies from 100-year-old woods.
