The Captain’s Medal
The SoCal Hickory Golfers are hosting The Captains Medal at the Victoria Club in Riverside, Calif., on Sept. 21. Frank Yellam has been working with Rick Perrault on this event and the two say they are fortunate to be able to play at such a beautiful and private venue. Thank you Frank and special thanks to Jack Eichler for this introduction. Mark your calendar for Sunday ,Sept. 21! And if you have never played at the Victoria Club you are in for a real treat. It has been part of the Southern California golfing community since 1903. Hall of famers Gene Sarazen and Jock Hutchison played an exhibition match here in 1923.
