2026 Professional & Amateur Hickory Championship
The 16th annual Pro & Amateur Hickory Championship is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 15, at the Temple Terrace Golf & Country Club
“Hard to believe that it will be 16 years now that we have commemorated golf as it was first played at Temple Terrace with wood shafted clubs back in 1922,” says event organizer Mike Stevens. “Once again, the fairways will be subject to the thwack of persimmon clubheads attached to hickory shafts just as it was when Hagen, Barnes and Sarazen teed it up on this historic venue.
“For planning purposes, I need to know if you would like to participate in the 2026 playing of the Professional & Amateur Championships. The Amateur Championship has scratch and net divisions which have been quite competitive over the years.”
Entry fee of $70 includes green and cart fee, post round food and prizes.
