2026 Belvedere Hickory Open
The Belvedere Hickory Open returns from a one-year hiatus to the Belvedere Golf Club in Charlevoix, Mich. Fans of the event can expect the usual mix of receptions, incredible golf on that wonderful William Watson-designed course dating from 1927, and a wonderful awards banquet on the final evening.
Those who are familiar with that banquet will know that it was customarily held in the Belvedere Casino, the Belvedere Club’s dinner and gathering spot. This past year, the casino burned to the ground, the victim of an arson. It is to be rebuilt and construction is already underway. What this means for 2026 is that the banquet will be held at the nearby Grey Gables Restaurant, a fashionable inn and dining spot on Belvedere Avenue in Charlevoix.
If you have yet to experience the hospitality and delightful golf that comprises a Belvedere Hickory Open, we encourage you to put this one on your calendar.
