Donald Ross Centennial Hickory Challenge
The Washington-Wilkes Chamber of Commerce in Washington, Ga., is celebrating the 100th anniversary of its historic Donald Ross-designed course with two events. The first will be of interest to hickory players – the Donald Ross Centennial Hickory Challenge.
Scheduled for July 3, this is a nine-hole event with no entry fee. Distinctive signature prizes will be awarded to top players.
Golf attire from the 1920s is encouraged.
Shotgun start at 9:30 a.m.
Complimentary lunch at the clubhouse following the tournament.
