Whistling Straits Invitation
Home of the 2015 PGA and 2020 Ryder Cup
After watching the PGA at Whistling Straits in Kohler, Wisc., why not come and challenge your play by joining the Wisconsin Hickory Players next May, at both the Straits Course and the Irish Course?
Day one, Friday, May 13, we will play the Irish course. You saw many shots of this course on TV, but it is not on Lake Michigan. Many think the Irish Course is a better layout. Day two, Saturday, May 14, will be an 18-hole challenge on the Straits course that you saw the pros play this weekend.
We had to limit the number of players for this event, so the first 60 players are in. The fee is $350, includes golf both days, your caddie fee on Saturday (not tip) and prizes.
As an added attraction, anyone interested in joining the Wisconsin Hickory Players are welcome to come to Lawsonia (site of the 2016 U.S. Hickory Open) on Sunday, May 15 to play the Links course (cost $40). Lawsonia is about two hours southwest of Kohler and gets you a little closer to Milwaukee or Chicago if you are flying in.
Remember, first checks in reserve their spot.
The Wisconsin Hickory Players look forward to seeing you at Kohler.
