Miami Valley Country Club will celebrate its centennial in 2019 and invites hickory golfers to join its members for a weekend of hickory golf to commemorate the occasion. The outing includes an 18-hole scramble on Friday, Aug. 16 followed by 18 holes of medal play on Saturday, Aug. 17. Miami Valley was host to the 2015 U.S. Hickory Open.

Friday, Aug. 16:
1 p.m. – Shotgun Start Scramble with members and guests participating with events and prizes. (Bring extra Hickory Shaft clubs to share if available.)
6 p.m. – Reception Hors de oeuvre’s, Cash Bar
7 p.m. – Buffet dinner
8 p.m. – Brief words, introductions and prizes
Saturday, Aug. 17:
8:30 a.m. – Breakfast Buffet for participants
10 a.m. – Shotgun, play your own ball Hickory Shaft Only, contests and prizes
2:40 p.m. – Grill out sandwiches with trimmings, beverages before you head for home.
