May 13th - 15th - The tour starts with challenge matches at the Village Links of Glen Ellyn, followed by Chicago Hickory Open at Arrowhead GC, dinner and room trading.

May 17th - The Carolina Hickory Golf Association (CHGA) will hold its May event at Sedgefield CC in Greensboro, NC. Please bring $10 in small bills for the prize pool.

May 24th - The second hickory major on the BGCS fixtures card will be contested over the challenging heathlands of Coxmoor GC in Nottinghamshire.

May 27th - June 1st - The 2010 Australian Golf Heritage Festival has been confirmed for late May around Tasmania.

May 28th - The third hickory major on the BGCS fixtures card will be contested over the cunning links of Gullane GC #3 in East Lothian.

June 10th (PR) - 12th - The 2010 NHC will once again be conducted over Oakhurst Links June 10-12. The NHC is the premier 19th century equipment and rules event. Entry packets are now available.

June 18th - Second annual Boom Town Hickory Tournament at Gas City, IN. The event is sponsored by the Gas City Chamber of Commerce benefiting the Thompson Ray House historic renovation. Two categories, Low Gross and Scramble.

June 18th (PR) - 20th - The Third Annual Vermont Hickory Open returns to Copley CC, near Stowe. Playsets are limited to seven (7) clubs.

June 24th (PR) - 26th - The 5th Annual Belvedere Hickory event will take place at the historic and popular Belvedere GC in Charlevoix, MI. This venue has hosted approximately 40 Michigan Amateur Championships. More details to follow.

June 26th - This new event will take place at the South Pike Creek GC in Fairfield, CT. Entry fee is $50, with a $10 discount for GCS members.

July 12th (PR) - 14th - The Third Annual U.S. Hickory Open will take place at Mimosa Hills Golf and CC in Morganton, NC. Save the date.

July 16th (PR) - 17th - The Finnish Hickory Championship will be held at the Helsinki GC. It is open to any hickory golfer. Open Divisions for Men and Women. Also Net Division for all participants for Finnish Hickory Open trophy.

July 16th - You are invited to experience a game of golf unlike any other! See if you can improve your handicap once the sun sets.

July 16th - 17th - The 33rd Heart of America Hickory Championship will be contested on the Otter Creek Golf Course in Ankeny, Iowa.

July 22nd (PR) - 24th - The Swedish Society of Golf Historians invites you to play in the 13th SHC at Stockholms GK and Djursholms GK

Aug 6th (PR) - 7th - The German Hickory Championship for 2010 will be played over 18 holes strokeplay at Bad Wildungen GC in Central Germany.

Aug 13th -14th - A 1900 equipment hickory event is scheduled for these dates at Foxburg CC in Western PA, and the oldest golf course in contiuous use in the United Sates.

Aug 27th (PR) - 29th - The Otsego Club & Resort in Gaylord, Michigan will be the location of this hickory event.

Aug 28th (PR) - 29th - The Czech Hickory Championship 2010 will be played over 18-holes on Sunday, August 29th, at Hostivar Golf in Prague.

Sept 10th (PR) - 12th - The Golf Historical Society of Canada will host the eighth annual C.B. Macdonald tournament and the Eastern Canadian Hickory championship.

Oct 1st (PR) - 3rd - The 2010 AHO will be played at the First Tee of Arkansas facility in Little Rock. Mountain Valley Spring Water is again the title sponsor.

Oct 8th - The final major on the BGCS fixtures card for 2010 will be contested over the links of Rye GC southeast of London.

Oct 23rd - 24th - The 5th annual Carolina Hickory Golf Association (CHGA) match play championship is played over two days on the Donald J. Ross course at Southern Pines CC. The champion will win the coveted Hickory Haggis Cup.

Nov 5th (PR/foursomes) - 7th - The 7th Annual Mid Pines Hickory Open will be played November 5-7 at Mid Pines Inn & Golf Club in Southern Pines, North Carolina. More details to follow.

Nov 7th - 10th - The 40th GCS Annual Meeting and Trade Show will return to the popular Pine Needles and Mid Pines Resorts in Southern Pines, NC near the Pinehurst area.
