A new book is out by SoHG member John Coyne. The story follows a middle-aged amateur's quest to win the Masters. Along the way he is dogged by a mysterious, tormented stranger and helped by a young, unkown caddie.
If that and competing against the likes of Mickelson and Woods isn't enough, protagonist Tim Alexander, a college English professor, also learns he's playing to save the life of his wife. Coyne's knowledge of golf and the Masters works well with his flair for the supernatural (he is the author of several horror stories) to turn out another engaging story in his popular "caddie" series:
